Material Strength There is no set material strength, but this type of belt is great for most common weight lifting exercises including all machines, dumbbells and barbell work. For heavy powerlifting or strongman exercises, we recommend a full nylon belt or a heavy duty leather belt with a minimum 7mm thickness.
