Please ensure that the doorframe is in a good condition and that it has the capacity to withstand the stresses of using the pull-up bar (e.g. the bar is not suitable for plasterboard/drywall walls).2. Avoid using the bar near the stairs.3. Do not jump up to grab the bar as there is a possibilit of it breaking loose from its fttings.4. Do not use the bar to hang upside down using your feet or legs.5. Perform various pull- up exercises only with a straight posture and controlled movement of your body (i.e. no swinging or jerking).6. Mount the bar only in a doorframe that has a width of 66-92 cm.7. Under no circustances exceed the maximum weight capacity of 136 kg.8. Thoroughly make sure that the pull-up bar is securely seated in the doorframe, and before every usage tighten the bar and check that it is seated firmly.9. To reduce the risk of injury in the event of a fll, a PVC/PE training matt should be placed under the bar (at least 2cm).10. Under the age of 18 may only use the bar under adult's supervision
